What areas do we cover?
We offer our professional pressure washing services within approximately a 10 mile radius of Cannock (Staffordshire). If you’re located between Stafford and Lichfield, we’ve got you covered. However we may extend our services beyond this, dependent on the size of job and work involved. We will deal with each job on an individual basis
How long have we been trading and are we reputable?
We were one of the first driveway cleaning companies to set up in the UK, we started trading in 2005. We are very reputable, our reputation is second to none locally with over 2k 5* customer reviews received to date on all platforms.
Are we insured?
Yes we carry full public liability insurance for your peace of mind.
Will you have to clear the area?
Yes we do request that the area(s) we are cleaning are completely clear of pots, garden furniture etc prior to our arrival, so we’ve got a clear run on arrival. If you’re unable to clear the area, please let us know prior to us taking on your work so we can allow for the extra time it takes.
PLEASE NOTE: If you require us to clear your area, we may charge you additionally for this depending how long it takes, if this is the case, we will confirm this before we commence your work. Also if we do have to move anything whilst working on your property, we will not take any responsibility should we be unfortunate to break anything.
Will the neighbours have to move their vehicles during the cleaning process?
If your neighbours park their vehicles including caravans close to the area being cleaned, we will ask that they are moved away by at least 5 metres either side to avoid getting impacted.
PLEASE NOTE: Under no circumstances will we risk taking on your work if the neighbours cant move their vehicles away to a safe distance, this is due to liability issues our side.
Do we require the use of your water supply?
Yes we require access to an outside water tap with a good water flow, We will also request that your indoor stop tap is opened up fully so we can obtain maximum water flow. If you are aware of any water pressure issues, please let us know prior to us carrying out your work so we can plan ahead.
PLEASE NOTE: If we turn up to your property and you’ve got a poor water flow, we may have to reschedule your work as this can hold us up significantly if you haven’t got decent water pressure.
Do we require the use of your electricity?
No we don’t require the use of electric.
Do you have to be home whilst we carry out your work?
Providing we can access your outside tap and everything is prepped and ready for us, nobody is required to be in whilst we carry out your work, we can just carry on with it.
Will we leave your property and surrounding areas tidy?
Absolutely we will, we will make sure yours, your neighbours and surrounding areas are left immaculate on completion.
Do we take away your dirt from the job?
Due to the amount of jobs we carry out and to keep our costs as low as possible, we will now ask to leave the dirt we collect up at your property. We will bag the dirt up securely and leave them for you to dispose of as you wish. If there’s somewhere where we can dispose of the dirt safely on your property, when we are carrying out your work, for example; An hedge or a field etc.. Just let us know and we will happily do this for you. If you wish us to take away your dirt and dispose of it for you, we will add a small additional set charge of £10 per job to cover our costs for skip hire.
Do we offer any warranty with our work?
We offer all of our customers 1 x FREE weed kill treatment to use anytime within 12 months as and when required for your peace of mind.
Will we beat a competitors quote?
We will consider matching a competitors price, however we wont promise this, but feel to ask the question if there’s much of a price difference and the service is like for like.
Our reputation is far superior to any competitor when it comes to experience, know how and customer reviews received and our pricing reflects this. What we wont do is under value our work to match a less reputable businesses price. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for and we are forever rectifying peoples areas, who decided to go the “cheaper” route the first time round. We maybe more expensive, but we will promise you an outstanding job with exceptional results guaranteed every time!
